To answer your question. I've seen DL take their time sometimes in straightening these types of issues out - something to do with ticketing queues, etc. I'm guessing you won't have any problems as long as your tickets look OK online. I would also guess that they'll be after the other 90K miles in due time so don't spend them in the meantime.
Let us know how it works out. I promise I won't tell DL if you get away with it.
