Had a pretty ordinary stay at HSW on 19th May
Booked a King City View and received an Exec King City View.
No welcome card from the GM ( it was delivered to the room rather clumsily several hours after a 3 pm check-in)
Attempted delivery of Room service that we didn't order.
I did not receive an Express Checkout Folio and when I rang Magic to ask for one an empty envelope was pushed under the door.
I asked at the Exec Lounge for the same folio and was advised that it would be brought to the table , it never arrived.
As a repeat guest ( and Diamond) every small thing added up to a pretty underwhelming experience.
Would have hoped for something a little better
