Unfortunately I have to cancel an award booking for 6 people with LY.

They want $75 to cancel each voucher so $450 in total. That works out more than the cost of the tickets (taxes).

You would have thought that they would treat GLs a bit better than that but no, fees are waived only for PL and TPL.

LY are getting worse and worse and have no idea how to manage a frequent flyer programme or retain customer good will.

Sorry for the rant but really, it's absolutely pathetic.
