It's been that way for years. "Elite" has meant little on CO for years. They gave it out to freely for years and came back to bite them in the as$. So i can see where PMUA customers are a bit shocked but it's really nothing new.

And this signage does sound ridiculous but i always knew this new verbiage of Global First/ Business First etc was a stupid idea. They have to change that. Its confusing to even experienced travelers. It goes back to they have a very un-integrated on board product still between the two carriers.

It's one challenge DL/NW never had since they were both 2 class carriers.
