I have no doubt that being walking outdoors in nature is helpful for body and soul, and helps you relax, feel refreshed and recuperate from all sorts of things. I try to engage in this very activity about two hours a day, every single day. I feel ill when I can't.
Sunlight and exercise can help with jet lag.
But it's not because of EMF. The only people who need earthing are alien abductees.
