Manage My Booking has 77W as aircraft but dummy booking shows 744

Which one is more accurate?
This is important because I am on a F award ticket and got downgraded to J on a 77W about a week ago and if 744 is correct then I want my F class seats back.
Since I was originally on a F redemption am I automatically put back in F or is it up to me to execute via my airline I booked it through (AS).
Manage my booking is still showing the J seats I picked on the 77W and the 77W seat map (it is the J only 777).
