According to seatguru, these airlines have a 3 4 3 configuration (or did)

Air France
Air New Zealand
ANA
Austrian
China Southern
Emirates
JAL
KLM
TAM


It also shows some airlines have larger seat width on the 777 than the 747, others the other way around. It all depends.
