GS). That makes the wait extremely long for First and GS customers - not good when BR and CI have dedicated check-in lounges for First Class customers. The agent I talked to said this is the new policy from HQ.
The 'new' united is clueless about what int'l C, F and top tier travelers expect in terms of ground service. Elite Access is nice when you're running a regional airline in the US, but it doesn't work when 50% of the passengers are 'elite'.
