Hopefully there is nothing wrong and it's just taking AA longer than normal to issue the ticket. Just wondering if AA calls the customer if there is any problem or do they automatically cancel the booking?
From my experience, AA will call you and/or send you an E-mail instructing you to call them at a specific number. However, you may not see the E-mail since it comes from "Swro, Execdsk" rather than "American Airlines." They will not cancel out the reservation unless there is no response for an extended period of time.
