Nice photos! Like I said though, the 70-300 IS USM does extremely good unsuspecting shots of people. Lets me down a bit with nature, people are quite smooth and without patterns, the lens seems more disappointing with butterflies, clusters of bananas half way up a tree etc.

I did get the pic below yesterday which I was happy with, but that was at 70mm, I could use a host of other better lenses for that shot, it just so happened that the 70-300 was on the camera. I guess I should be grateful that it bothered to autofocus quickly for a change
