Yikes, a 72 hour wait. I'm going stir crazy with this and it's been about 16 hours thus far. The flights are all on AA, so there are no partner airlines involved, and the travel dates are in October 2012. I am booking an award ticket and I have ample miles in my account to use for the purchase. I called the reservations desk just before I started this thread, the agent tells me everything looks alright and it could take another 24 hours to ticket the reservation.
