As explained earlier soft drinks are loaded separately in First and I will continue to allow these to be served before take off along with tea and coffee if requested and time permitting.

I saw a letter from Lord Marshal (whilst he was still at BA) explaining that whilst he was trying to instill a use your initiative regime at BA in regards to customer service it was taking time to filter through. There is a sense that some people like your good self actually seem to have taken this on board and are working with it. I've met at least one staff member who was at the other end of the spectrum in terms of helpfulness/attitude and I wrote in with my experience so that other F pax weren't given the same service on the ground (this was not on an aircraft).
