The UK tax for Sparkling wine is on a per 70cl bottle Basis..Does not matter if its Cava or Dom its still £2.43.

If I recall in the past Qantas used to load a small Duty Paid Bar for First Class pre-departure drinks..come on BA its not Rocket Science.
