It's definitely good luck on your part if you find Nce/JFK has some of the nicest crews. I live on the Riviera part of the year, and i take the flight most of the time for the convenience of not having a connecting flight once I arrive in Europe, but I find the service to be mostly bad. During the winter when they stopped the flights, I took AF through Paris and I have to say, the crews are superior by far.
