Cheapest Business Class Fares from Hong Kong to Perth Australia, return?
I live in Ottawa. The 2 of us will be flying from YOW to Perth in mid-Dec.
I am looking at various paid ways of flying business class all the way. The ideal option is to pay one fare all the way.
Another option is to fly on AC from YOW to HKG, and upgrade from economy to business class (as a top tier member of Aeroplan). I can then buy another ticket from HKG to PER.
Is there any way of buying a discounted business class ticket (presumably on SQ, possibly on TG?) that will earn full frequent flyer miles? Alternatively, can one buy a full fare economy class ticket, and hope for a Star Alliance upgrade on the appropriate segments.
