Had another amazing stay here - booked C+P for 1 night, then extended for another night due to a change in plans (redeemed 12k points). Upgraded to a Marvelous Suite, spent time at the infinity pool, buffet breakfast for 2 every morning (we missed the Sunday brunch but it looked amazing).

Service-wise, it pains me to visit hotels in Asia, then visit the same brand counterpart in the US or Canada - one example: needed the breakfast coupon for the second night, called the service desk and asked if they could make one for me and I would pick it up. 30 minutes later we went down and I stopped by the Gold/Platinum desk and a completely different agent than the one I had on the phone. I got 2 words out of my mouth (breakfast coupon) before the agent already confirmed my last name and told me he made the coupon, informed the restaurant and then walked us over there to make sure all was good.

This is one seriously amazing hotel.
