I have been invited to apartments there a few times and found them a bit oppressive because they have very low ceiling. Some have fabulous views others nice views but not so fabulous. The place has a bit of a 'condo' feel in that it is a rather self-contained lot of apartment blocks with their own little shops etc which is not so usual on the Cote d'Azur. Personally this is not where I would buy considering they are relatively pricey but it is of course an 'architectural landmark'.
