"LAX, CPT, JNB, HKG and SIN" I would say Australia has a good chance of getting an A380 as well. All the other routes you mentioned are all good routes and also likely to see A380.
OK well I'm going to "definitely" say JFK will not be in the first 5 routes for a huge number of reasons. I can "definitely" say SYD will never see a BA A380.
I don't know how you can "definitely" say anything, and other airlines' use of their A380s has absolutely no bearing on BA.
