I have a Citi Thank You Premier Card for a couple of years already and it has an annual fee of $75 (not $125 as is the current fee). Since I have this card from before the advent of no fee for foreign transactions and I don't pay the current $125 annual fee, does this mean that my card does not have this feature and I will pay the foreign transaction fees or is it an across the board feature for Premier Card holders no matter when you got the card and how much your annual fee is?

TY Premier cards regardless annual fee situation, all have no forex fee. Mine is the 0 annual fee version that was offered very briefly a few years ago. It does not charge forex fee.
