I just love that Marina Baie des Anges architecture. Unique. Great view on the flight 82 approach. (Most of the time)

Anyone know how those apartments are? I think the buildings date from the 70s, by some funky forward-thinking architects; Is it well maintained? I assume it's got a some pricey apartments. (Especially the higher full floor ones!)
