The more I think about it, the more it seems like AF is floating an idea that is hard to execute.
I don't think it's that hard. My guess is that they would be more likely to display fares in a cross tab the way Air Nz do it in the link I guess or Swiss already do with their two classes and different flexibility levels. So you would see something like that, for instance:

ARGHHHH!!! i DID A REALLY NICE TABLE BUT IT WON'T LET ME PASTE IT NOR THE EXAMPLE I COPIED FROM AIR NZ!!

Basically, think of a cross tab:

- each column is a fare type with description of inclusions (eco minus: delicious food for purchase, free hand luggage, free seating, no change allowed, no FB miles - then description of economy, economy flex, premium economy and all the way to: business: free gourmet meal and full bar, 3 checked bags, seat preassigned at time of booking with guaranteed free middle seat, changes free and unlimited, 250% FB miles)

- each row is one flight with a price for each option (or of course some options not available if the flights is quite full).
