I'm not staying at that location but I just submitted a BRG from expedia.com comparing the REFUNDABLE rate to the REFUNDABLE rate on country inn and suites. A difference of $9 for me.

I also included in the comments on the BRG that if it would prohibit me from getting the points I would need to know first. And of course I did a screen shot of that statement in the comments as well as the two website rates - just in case.
