They don't claim to be world-class, scheduled airline though
No airlines keep spare aircraft around for any eventuality, all the time, as a matter of policy - none.
The cost of an extra 330, say, will never be made up for by money saved not compensating people or even the goodwill generated by have a few fewer cancelled flights.
