One international cancelled due to mechanical and one due to no ground crew (plus the return flights would also be affected). Hundreds of pax affected from AC's largest hub for what I would consider unacceptable reasons under the circumstances.
If they can't manage stuff like this at thier main hub they are screwed.

FLying AC883 next week with a 2 hour connection onwards to the US. Getting slightly worried about these excessive delays - I can see 883 yesterday was 19 (!) hours delayed and today 6 hours delayed. is this standard for AC? Should I try and reroute to another carrier?
