What REALLY stinks
Getting upgraded on these stays!

I was 4 hours from home yesterday, checked into a fs hyatt I have been to before. Did my first ever online checkin, showed up with the plan of grabbing a lounge snack, to my surprise, grand upgrade.....

Stayed 20 minutes and split.
