The only real way to compare is to work out the value of Avios to you, given what you would use them for. On the whole if you use them in Y then I would guess (unless you would be prepared to pay for flexible seats then they are worth less than a penny each). If you use them for J or F you might estimate up to as much 10p per Avios.
