PHX is an E-bp city. Just use one a few weeks ago on my PHX-SLC-IND flight.

OP: are you checking in on your computer first, then your iPhone? Whenever I've done that I can't get an iPhone BP. If I check in on my phone, then on a computer it works just fine. Not sure why their app won't let you get an iPhone BP after checking in on a computer...
