I would try to use the premium check-in with your BA Silver - 'logically' it should be OK. In the worse case you'll be sent away!
Fair point. I think I managed to get not terrible seats assigned (15c & d), but I'm actually going on behalf of a colleague, and it's not one of my usual clients, hence travelling in Y.
Is this considered mid-haul with the meal/drinks included or is it the Ryanair buy on board model? The BMI website makes a distinction between the two, but doesn't go on to explain which destinations fall into which brackets.
