It's very strange because I can get them sent via the website but not on the app...

I have had it happen twice in the last month (I fly every Sunday and Friday) where a eboarding pass was not available through the android app but I could get one sent via the website. Both were at airports that have the eboarding passes through the app.

Probably another world-class Delta IT enhancement.
