Were you traveling with a companion on those trips? If so, you have to check each pax in separately on a separate device in order to get electronic BPs. You cannot check in the whole PNR at the same time.

I've been able to get around it after the fact by redoing the check ins separately then having the BPs sent via text, but not through the app. YMMV especially since I'm on an Android.
