AC882 was cancelled yesterday too.....but you won't believe why! I was incredulous when a staffer told me it was because they couldn't get a ground crew to load it at YYZ, they were so short. Yep you heard me right!

One international cancelled due to mechanical and one due to no ground crew (plus the return flights would also be affected). Hundreds of pax affected from AC's largest hub for what I would consider unacceptable reasons under the circumstances.

If they can't manage stuff like this at thier main hub they are screwed.

What a shameful embarassement!
