I know here at FT we use the term DYKWIA to describe elites that are trying to get something from the airline that they not really entitled to but what about elites that despite flying 100K+ miles a year seem to remain as clueless as the nuances of air travel as any Kettle and/or think those nuances mostly certainly do not apply to them. Those are the people I would really love to see thrown out on the tarmac to dodge moving ground equipment.
