I agree actually, I've long hated the term. Maybe I'm different because I'm not good at many things that are tangible and I know what it's like to be a novice at something. I'd hate for a bunch of talented baseball players to see me at the batting cages and call me a hack so I keep my "kettle" comments to myself.
