I looked at this site, and it seemed similar to others that I had seen, designed for people living in the Philippines. If necessary, though, I'm sure there's an agency somewhere here in Seattle I could use.

This is what I was hoping as well; I was able to get her a visa for South Korea much more easily because she has a green card.
