Do all airlines, or at least most, have a "Buddy Pass" type thing that employees can use to fly friends and family for a cheaper price? I know Delta does, and was wondering if there were other airlines that offer such a program.

I am asking on behalf of a journalist friend in India who is doing a piece on the reduced benefits of airline jobs, so if anyone may have specific names of International and Domestic carriers serving the Indian market, offering "buddy passes", that would be great.

I know the collective wisdom of this forum is infinite.
