What Fare Class must be available in order to use the GPU to upgrade to Business Class ? I see fare classes of O ON R RN Z ZN P PN IN I when clicking on the Fare Class hyperlink. Which one of these classes would allow me to instantly upgrade a W, V or Q fare to Business Class ? Why do some tickets instantly upgrade at the time of purchase and others put me on the "wait list" ?
