For passengers arriving and connecting in FRA on United (connecting to a LFH flight, although not sure if we will be first class on the short hop to Florence), have an express line for immigration/customs?

We are traveling this Friday from Chicago to Frankfurt in Global First and will be connecting to a Lufthansa flight to Florence. Our Lufthansa flight is showing Business and no seat assignments. Our friends who will probably not get their sponsored GPU will be in coach. If there is an express line for customs and immigration, we would all like to use it.

And if there is an express line, can we let two of our friends who are on the same flight, but in coach come with us?
