I spoke with the developer last month at a cocktail party the resort had to welcome the new manager of the Dorado Beach Ritz Reserve.

(he last managed one of the Ritz's in Bali......now onsite in Dorado)

The developer is building a Hyatt Place in Bayamon, PR o I thought he might be getting cozy with Hyatt again.

He said talk was continuing with Fairmont, Hyatt and Marriott.

It really boils down to which group would put the money into the Cerromar project.

The money they have raised from the govt development bank is for the Ritz project only. Still scheduled to open December......

Had a hard hat tour.....The rooms are beautiful ---plunge pools/outdoor garden showers. The spa is huge. Complete with pools, a gentleman's barn, treatment rooms up in tree houses.... And the beaches are still fantastic.

Su Casa is complete ---- a 5 bedroom VIP villa.....
