For pointbreaks, NO. Once the rooms are sold out it take few days for the system to return to the normal award level. You could call PC to book award stay at normal rate (I would think), but not at 5,000 level once it has reached its target of rooms to be sold (i would imagine for IC KL the availability is very low just like Indigo Shanghai).

You have to stay and book by 31sy July 2012. But it can be sold out very quickly!

What will happen next is some sold out hotel will be moved out of the list within one week if we are lucky and you can book them at normal rate.
