LMAO! I read this as a joke and hope it was, if not, sorry for my lmao!

I've done this SEVERAL TIMES! If you pay for a room and they gurantee your reservation for those days, you can use the room as you see fit. I've left a day ahead and not much was said. Bed made and all.

They are required to call you if they are going to modify your reservation without your knowledge. You could have been kidnapped, locked in an elevator, hooking up...etc. They can't just assume you are floating your stay. I mean I guess they could, its their hotel, but if they make too many of those guesses and they are wrong and they occupy another person in someones room and say theyI came back..that would be a problem. I am almost certain they would make a courtesy call and ask if you are there or not.

So when they call, just say, "oh yes, the room is great, thanks for checking in on me. I have not checked out of my room at this time. "
