I would definitely go for the 330 service on an overnighter...no difference in service, pre-dep champers, pre dinner drinks followed by 3 course dinner + coffee/tea/avec. Constant drink top ups throughout the service and if you fancy more drinks/snacks during the flight just go to the galley or/and use the call button and they'll happily serve you what you like. Crew will also make some runs through the cabin if many pax are up during the night to check if ppl want something..
