Well, what have I done?

* checked in to a room and used it in the afternoon and early evening - we had a disabled friend with us for a sporting event near the hotel and used it as a place for our friend to rest before and after, and as a place to store bags, medication, drinks. But we left long before the night. Credit for stay received.

* booked four nights, stayed Mon, Wed and Thu nights, left the room Tuesday morning, didn't get back till very late Wednesday. Credit for four nights. Booking for the four nights was cheaper than one night followed by two nights. No, I don't know why.

* booked four nights non-ref, discovered I was only going to be there three nights, told them in the hope of a refund anyway (this has happened at the property previously) - no money back, only 3 nights credit. If I'd known, I wouldn't have told them I was leaving early!
