On a two hour delayed LAX-IAD flight last week the whole plane started laughing when the video came on. About a third of the flight were going to miss a CDG connection and were pissed off.

I mentioned this the next morning to the FA on my rebooked IAD-MCO flight and she said that the passengers laugh on almost all of her flights.

Why don't they just admit that they screwed up and ask for a fifteenth chance?
