What did they give you for the 12NZD charge for breakfast? I cant believe that after a year, they still have this ridiculous separate charge for the one plate of hot food that was put out when we were there. It probably costs more to print up the letter to let diamonds know there is a charge at the restaurant,record the charges, put it on the hotel bill, and deal with a bad customer experience than 12 NZD.
