BF: 36
E+: 63
E-: 120

The E+ to E- and BF to E ratios seems much lower on the 787 than on existing 767 and 777 international configurations.

I hope anyone planning to fly the new 787 is not an "over-entitled elite". Odds appear to be much greater that you're going to be downgraded into E-.
