internally our work groups are still separate. However publicly we are one airline, and should be recognizing it as such especially in front of customers. I'm sco and all of my announcements are always on behalf on united airlines and this newark inflight crew thank you for flying with us today etc. None of this oh this united flight xxx to yyy flown with co ewr based fas blah blah blah. It needs to stop on both sides regardless of what airline you used in the past.
