You can upgrade only the DEN-NRT segments booked in B class with no copay but you'll have to call to do it.

Price difference for booking a single NPR vs 2 separate NPRs were about $40.
Should I wait to call? Per MR rule? Just checking b4 pxxxOff everyone.
The difference in fare for me is $28. Almost not worth the hassle to book two PNRs.
