Are B Fares fully refundable?
I can't seem to find answers on here.
Seems like a great deal for EQM's.
I booked the same date. The fare rule says is not refundable. Originally, I tag on another segment to/from ORD and that segments are L. It was a mistake as that will require $600 CO-Pay each way.
So another question. Bulk head or Exit row?
