This makes no sense. The position of those on this board who seem quite happy with COdbaUA seems to be that all of these problems are "glitches." A glitch, by definition, should be small and infrequent, not important and frequent. So, if the problems we're reporting are glitches, then Shannon shouldn't have much work to do at all. If the problems are so severe and pervasive as to be overwhelming for Shannon to contemplate, then wouldn't that be all the more reason for someone at UA to take them seriously?
