One question - were you able to determine the source of the problem? Was in on the TD end or the AA end?
Thanks.
We were posting to United and not AA. I think someone at Ameritrade finally admitted they had a computer / software problem. I think I got some attention from sending secure messages to them. Trying to get help from anyone that was capable on the phone was essentially impossible. I made some threats of closing the account by SM and finally got an email that my problem had been escalated and within a few days the miles had posted.
Interesting that I just got a letter in the mail yesterday that they are ending their relationship with United and I would be receiving the second half of the miles a month early. It will be interesting to see if my wife's is as painful for the second half.
I also just signed up for a promotion to get a free Ipod and Bose earphones for another $75 deposit.
